Back Again!! :) Well thanks for visiting my blogs. Well also I know, I had asked you not to put comments :) because these are private blogs, only for friends and families :)
Well thanks for liking my first blog, actually I know lot of things I had missed out in it but I was hoping to convey the message.
Here I am back with one more topic, well this is just came to my mind when I was with my friends discussing about what next? Just realized one thing about being a human so thought to put it in words how much it is possible from me.
We are human beings, homo sapiens that's what we called ourselves, walking straight on two feet we have overcome so many challenges as a race, in every aspect of life. Together we walk on this earth and will definitely leave foot prints behind that we call Life. Our species are most adaptable and intelligent (even though after seeing riots/fights it doesn't seem like that most of the times).
We are musicians, artist, philosophers, soldiers, dancers, believers, corrupt politicians, murderers, killers. We are all of that. We are potential, just in human form. We are bad, good, yin and yan in human form. Energy neither be created nor destroyed, we are that energy in human form. Potential to do good, potential to do bad, but fact is neither is good nor bad. These are the stories we tell to ourselves.
Every human being is piece of unfinished art by creator and shall never be completed because life is continuous process of death and rebirth, change and growth and what will direct the course of our lives. What we will be after 20 years is not dependent on our job, our wealth or anything materialistic what matters is on which path we try to focus. We can allow ourselves to become a forceof life or a force of destruction.
I was discussing this with my US professor Mr. Kendal, and he narrated a nice story to me, I would love to share that here.
"One evening an old cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside of people. He said: My Son, the battle is between two "wolves" inside us all. One is Evil. It is anger envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, resentment, inferiority, lies, ego.
The other one is Good. It is Joy, peace, love, serentiy, humanity, kindness, empathy, truth and faith.
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandpa : which wolf wins?
The old chap simply replied, the one you feed!!! "
Its a small story but contains so much of depth and truth in it as it is able to put into a few words tha I try with this whole writing.
The worst is addiction!!! the addiction we suffer are fear, doubt, believe in limitations. "what-if" thoughts, worry about future that never comes and regrets about past that has been gone long. We are getting addicted to this because we have fear of boundless opportunities that we can not see, abandon joy to be true to ourselves.
We have been selling ourselves short long enough and its time to reclaim our power, to realize the brilliance that we are, to unleash the creativity that has been silenced long enough.
Well being human is not only our responsibility but now its a need of time to show our future generation a path towards hope!!!
Thanks,
NM
